Amsterdam, Sunday, June 16: Demonstration of the Greek Communist Party against the shutdown of ERT

The grassroots organization of the Communist Party of Greece in the Netherlands call the immigrants and local workers in mobilization on Sunday, June 16 at 15:00 in Dam square in Amsterdam, against the unacceptable government’s decision to shutdown the Greek Public Broadcasting (ERT).

The shutdown will result to 2,700 job cuts and moreover it will deliver the public property, paid by the Greek people, to the private capital and monopolies. The plan of the Greek government is the complete sellout of the public property of the Greek people. The labor movement must give an answer to the doctrine “law and order” which is adopted by the Greek government.

We call on the workers in the Netherlands together with Greek immigrants to express their solidarity to the fight against the shutdown of ERT and the job cuts. We call on the working people to demand the immediate withdrawal of the corresponding Legislative Act and to express their solidarity to the employees of ERT and all the working people affected by the policies of the Greek government.

Η Κομματική Οργάνωση Βάσης του ΚΚΕ στην Ολλανδία καλεί μετανάστες και ντόπιους εργαζόμενους
σε κινητοποίηση την Κυριακή 16 Ιούνη στις 15.00 στην Dam square στο Άμστερνταμ, ενάντια στην απαράδεκτη και προκλητική απόφαση της κυβέρνησης για κλείσιμο της ΕΡΤ, που πετάει στο δρόμο 2.700 εργαζόμενους και παραδίδει τη δημόσια περιουσία, πληρωμένη από τον ελληνικό λαό, βορά στις ορέξεις του κεφαλαίου και των μονοπωλίων.

Ο αυταρχισμός, οι Πράξεις Νομοθετικού Περιεχομένου και η κατασυκοφάντηση των εργαζομένων είναι μόνο η αρχή, καθώς το σχέδιο της τρικομματικής κυβέρνησης είναι το συνολικό ξεπούλημα του δημόσιου πλούτου.Το δόγμα «νόμος και τάξη», που προσπαθεί να επιβάλει η κυβέρνηση, να βρει την απάντησή του από το λαϊκό – εργατικό κίνημα.

Kαλούμε τους εργαζόμενους στην Ολλανδία μαζί με τους Έλληνες μετανάστες να εκφράσουν την αλληλεγγύη τους στον αγώνα για μην κλείσει η Δημόσια Ραδιοτηλεόραση της ΕΡΤ και κανένας εργαζόμενος να μη μείνει στο δρόμο. Να απαιτήσουν την άμεση απόσυρση της Πράξης Νομοθετικού Περιεχομένου και να εκφράσουν τη συμπαράστασή τους στους αγωνιζόμενους εργαζόμενους της ΕΡΤ, στον εργαζόμενο λαό που πλήττεται από την αντιλαϊκή πολιτική.
